Poor Service

<p>Hi I have been having problems with Vodacom customer services and sales department first they remove my finance after being a customer for more than 10 years then a consultant hangs up on me, the next day 2 sales consultants do the same, i am paying for a service whatever they have asked me to do i have done i have called numerous times and no result i receive better services from another provider and yet i am not with them for so long maybe i should cancel and go to the other provider </p>
