Poor service
Very poor service, according to Vodacom, apparently when one wants to do a trade in, the client must be eligible for an upgrade, but on their website it isn't mentioned, so what now???? Since when does Vodacom advertise false news?????? Would like to speak to someone high, like a manager of someone like that
