Poor service
<p>I have been to the Vodacom in Galleria on the 1st floor submitting a URL form and they refused to accept it advising that they do not know what to do with the form. The consultants didn't even bother to call the customer centre to check what they should do with the form and they left me unattended until I decided to leave the store.</p>
