Poor service
Vodacom renews contracts that has run out without your consents. I have been trying to cancel the cotract from 28 September 2020. I have spoken to Titus Angie and brain they can't do anything. Pomsa promised me the moon sun and stars but that seems to be just keep.on paying for a contract I have canceled in September 2020. Kelvin the manager of cancelation are NEVER available. Vodacom pays somebody that can't even call a customer back. You are placed on hold for 40 minutes with no progress. Today I to spoke Brain he is useless.

21 Mar 2021, 22:31I am still waiting for vodacom to get back to me. I was td by Brain that a manager will still contact me yesturday. That dis not happen.
There is neve a manager available to speek to they are always in meetings. Bull ****.
The promise Pomsa made that she would lower my contract fee if I upgrade 2 data bundles also dit not materialize. Hence I am.oaying for two contracts I do not want.
I am going to cancel all my contract with vodacom should I get one mareblame excuse.
Looking into a case for 6 months. Coating me money that vodacom does not bat an eye.
