Poor service

Good morning<br> I had a bad service experience from Vodacom and I therefore cancelled my three contracts that I had with them.<br> Vodacom gave me a a quotation to cancell the contract as it was a immature cancellation.<br> I paid the amount as noted on the quotations.<br> Now Vodacom keeps on calling me stating I still owe them more than R 2 000.00.<br> I am in possession of the quotations and the invoices and now Vodacom insist that I need to pay the R 2 000.00.<br> This is unacceptable as Vodacom did give me a quotation and I paid them the amounts noted on the quotation.<br> If Vodacom is in need of money they must please find an alternative way of obtaining it as I am not willing not pay one more sent over to them as I paid almost R 14 000.00 over to them as noted on the quotation to cancel the three contracts.<br>
