Poor service
I had a data contract with Vodacom, fell behind with my payments due to issues out of my control at the time. A month or two later, I got a call from the attorneys indicating that my account has been handed over and I needed to pay the amount quoted. I paid all the amount with the attorneys and to my shock, Vodacom has obtained a default judgement against me even when I had settled my account. The "attorneys" that I was dealing with never made me aware that there were outstanding amounts after I have settled my account.
The service I have received regarding this matter has been the worst as it affects my credit history for an account that I have settled and Vodacom took no steps to inform me if there were still outstanding amounts that I needed to settle
