poor service
Online Very confusing and poor telephone service.
online upgrade on Samsung A30 Uchoose flexi 230 for R299 x 24 months ??? Uchoose Flexi 175 for R299 x 24 months Uchoose Flexi 230 for R349 x 24 months ???
i phoned the Cape Gate Store to find out what the difference is. they informed me that i must contact accounts as online and in store is different and they gave me a number. Thanx i phoned *** and the informed me that i need to phone online and they gave me a number and put me through as they can not give me a answer on what the difference is. i waited on the phone for 30 minutes just to hear "please stay on the line after the call to rate our service" NO ANSWER!! i phoned 082 178 44 and waited another 10min where i decided to hell with this and hung up.
phoned *** again where the lady told me wait im going to put you through again.
What is the use of an online upgrade (supposed to make your life easier) if no one can give answers or answer phones.
