Poor service

I had a few small contracts with Vodacom and when I wanted to upgrade my profile according to Vodacom do not allow for a upgrade. So I cancelled the contracts at their end and went over to pay as you go. I got contract at other network.<br> <br> My son ran into financial trouble and could not pay his cell phone accounts, I app**** to take over his contracts but again it was declined. I tried to find out what the reason for this is. After several call I was told my credit report is not good.<br> <br> I was under debt review and submitted my certificate of clearance but was told that it still show that I am under debt review at credit buros. I got credit reports from Transunion and Esperian. With both it shows a good report.<br> <br> I can buy a R30000.00 car but not airtime contract from vodacom
