My mom had 5 phones on contract with Vodacom and December she wanted to cancel one of the phones, she submitted all the documents and paid all the fees then Vodacom cancelled my contract. It took them a full 2 weeks in January to put my numbers back on contact and that was after we paid the early termination fee for the contract that we did not ask to cancel. I have IPhone 6 and ot was insured and when they put my number back on contract they didn't activate the debit order for the insurance so since end of February they weren't debiting the money for insurance. I lost my phone on the 21 May and when I went to claim I wasntold that I haven't been paying insurance since February so I cannot claim what I can fo is upgrade because I am due for upgrade anyways. Now I don't have a phone and sum card(####527) because Vodacom doesn't want to resolve this issue and it has been a full month now. I do not want to upgrade because of the poor service we received from Vodacom. My mom's Vodacom account was blacklisted because of their mistake and we had to pay something like R4000.
We bought the IPhone 6 at Nelson Mandela Square Vodacom on 2017/07/03 and everything was processed there. I hope something will be done about this.
