Poor Service

I have bought a R1100 airtime recharge voucher from Pick n Pay on 19/05. When I arrived home and tried to load the voucher, it said "Your recharge could not be processed. please phone Customer Care on 135" Which I did, they could also not assist me to load the voucher, and said they can see it is valid and the amount is R1100 but they are unsure as to why it is not loaded, they will escalate my query to one of their Solution Experts. I waited a day and called again on 20th, they then said that they are not sure why this wasn't explained to me but that I should send an MMS with a picture of the voucher to a number they then gave me. I did this and about 2 hours later I reveived an sms stating that my query has been resolved and it is now closed. I checked my airtime balance and there was nothing, I tried loading the airtime voucher again and got exactly the same error. i phoned customer care again to ask why my query has been closed and nothing has been resolved, Tebogo is the lady that handled my query, she wasn't sure what had happened, advised me that she saw on her system that it has been resolved and quoted the same voucher PIN number I had and that didnt work. She then asked me to try calling the 100 recharge service from my cellphone and try the voucher recharge that way and she will call me back after. The prompt on the 100 service said that my voucher expired, yet the expiry date on it is only in 2021? Tebogo called back and said she escalated another query and that she will contact me to give me feedback, she called again that evening, said she is finishing work and it is still not resolved, she will contact me again on her next shift. Today I received an sms with THE VERY SAME VOUCHER PIN, WHICH (NO SUPRISE) DOESNT WORK AND GIVES ME THE SAME ERROR. Vodacom is totally *********** at handling querries from their clients, I have lost every bit of faith I had in them. Terrible service, and their so called "Solution Experts" are experts at nothing.
