POOR SERVICE

Good evening

I am so disappointed with Biche acres Vodacom store. I went there to make an account payment. It was 17:46 when arrived there and the store was already closed and that clearly shows that they closed earlier. Not that I'm comparing the phone shops but they where opened waiting for 18:00 to close and other stores where open as well.. What is it that is different from voda and them.. I spoke with Tiyane and he told me that they've already packed their EFTs and he doesn't want to argue with me.. But on the store window it states that they close at 18:00..I've rushed there knowing that they close 6pm Not 17:45 that Tiyane is talking about.. Honestly I'm not impressed shame. But if its like that.. Why can't they change the time on the window so that customers can know and not bother to rush there for no reason. My number is ********** 257..
