Poor service

I am so unhappy with Vodacom service, I am unable to receive any smss or any callback messages on my number. I called to try to resolve this matter but could not get any assistance. I am receiving important otp numbers on this number for my work and other online transaction that I engage in during the day and as result I cannot do anything as I am not receiving any messages. Why is my number blocked from receiving smss and messages? I tried speaking to agents but they don't have any solutions, damn ***********.
