Poor service

Vodacom' service is very bad.

They have decucting an extra handset from my contract for 2 years. I have phoned about a 100 times for the money to be refunded and the extra handset to be cancelled. Some idiot changed my query to another contract I had with Vidacom and they cancelled the handset from that contract and then I had to pay penalties for early cancellation. They never rectified this or refunded my money. They still have not refunded or credited my money for the extra handset. I get sms' to say a credit was done but no one can tell me where the credit went because I still get debited and no refund was done to my bank account. I cancelled my last contract with you a month before the contract expires and then you still charge me R560 for "early cancellation" which it was not cancelled early!!! I tell everyone how pathetic is Vodacom to ensure they do not take out an account with Vodacom. I have cancelled all mine now and will never take another deal with you.
