Poor service
Vodacom poor service. My wife and I requested numerous times for the debit order to go off her account. It's been 5 months and vodacom has still not done it. They have charged me reversal fees which I won't pay for their negligence and now my installment is behind including this month by 3 months. Extremely unhappy about this.
