POOR SERVICE.
I upgraded online, but had to change my delivery address with Ram. i phoned vodacom twice on 30 January and 1 February 2019 and they took my new address and promised it will be changed immediately.
it is 4 January and nothing happened. RAM confirmed that they still did not receive the change of address info. What must somebody do to get service these days!!!! i want my package.
I want urgent attention given to this matter and the matter resolved ASAP.
