Poor Service
I have been calling to cancell my contracts at Vodacom due to bad customer services. The gentleman offered a vodafone tablet 10" @ R75 with router keypad and tablet cover. The phone cut while fixing up t&c's. When i phoned back i was eight times on hold at several times 20minutes at time. I phoned the next day hoping for better assistance it were worse. I was advised that my contract is on the old system and cannot be helped. I was also advised no teamleader available they only start @ 09h00. I was then offered a tablet without cover without keypad. Now the R75 deal which was offered cannot be given to me due to the contract deal cannot be linked i was offered a contract @ R149. Why does consultants differ in customer services and prices? I am very dissappointed in Vodacom.

03 Dec 2018, 07:57Dean have called me back and i have advised him about my incident that occurred and he said it must still be investigated and that he cannot give an time frame on when the query will be solved. I advised him that the longer they take my query will not be solved due to the fact that the consultant offered me an contract of R149 as previously mentioned. And not the R75 as previously mentioned. He then said it will be difficult to change anything and i should have accepted anything ... I am due for an upgrade and my details are on the old system and no one can help me ?? People be aware please of Vodacom they are not worried about customers
