Poor service
I have been a client of Vodacom since 1994 and the poor service I received from one of their stores in Hout Bay...
I bought a Bluetooth speaker in September two weeks down the line the speaker was faulty, then I booked it in for repairs,still today I have not gotten back my speaker when I went to the manager to enquire about the progress of my speaker he told me he does not have contact details of their repair center! How ridiculous.
I have cellphone contracts with them and trust me when I say I am considering to leave the network
