Poor service
On the red Feb 16 I went to the store to remove parental control from my phone and I was assisted by a dark lady with an attitude she told me it will take 24 hours,however it wasn't removed. On the 29 Feb 16 I went there and I was told I must check after 30 min, till today I haven't been assisted
