Poor service

Good day vodacom

Thank you so much I got my phone back on Saturday 08/09/18 after such a long wait. But I must raise this with you I am so appalled with the treatment I got from your consultant Maxwell from jabulani mall telling me I'm rude by complaining about the phone, what makes me more upset he said this in the presence of his manager. That guy doesn't know what customer service is, the nerve of him telling me I'm rude in front of his colleagues and clients. Is that how they treat people in that store? Shouldn't we complain when there's a problem? Vodacom is that how your consultants work?

I'm really shocked!!!
