Poor service

My time has come to an end with vodacom not only are they the worst sever provider but they take your money and give you nothing they *****'s!!!! For 2 years I've been paying my itamised billing and got nothing on email only to find out today the 28th may 2018 that one of your consultants that loaded my details on the system spelt my name wrong on my email address so I've been paying you guys R17 a month for 2 years for free... You will refund me my money back. 2nd of all I cancelled my phone contract with you guys last year August only to be told today that I owe vodacom R27.99 now please explain how do you close an account If there's out standing money ??? Vodacom are ripping people as if we are blind!!!!! This will come to an end
