Poor service, that can't get the job done because they are *********** to look into the complete case. Very shallow minded people, no sense of business and not customer friendly. No-one of management will speak to you in person when you would like to escalate a problem. On social media no-one replies, so their is no way to be heard. Don't do business with Vodacom, will safe you a lot bad experiences and money!
