Poor service

Vodacom is completely useless! Called in a few times this past week to complain about my data that lasts 3-5 minutes after I have loaded it. They referred me to the technical team but they also couldn't help me. I'm loosing money instantly, cannot keep my data on to use my phone conveniently. Can't port to another service provider as I'm on contract. Today I went to the vodacom shop hoping that one of the sales assistants can help figure out what the problem is and they also referred me to call customer care. I am completely unhappy and annoyed by this. Will never do business again with vodacom.
