Poor service
I wrote a review on hellopeter about poor service.vodacom rep**** by stating that they send a email that i never received.now they simply just ignore my replies.vodacom service is beneath standard.

29 Dec 2017, 16:18I have not received my 10Gb promotional data.i was told by call centre that i would not receive it as there is a problem with the app.i bought the 10Gb to also get the 10Gb promotional data as i have received a sms confirming that i would receive it.but the data was not allocated to my account.i waiting for feedback.
