Poor service

I called vodacom to.cancel a line. They asked me the normal questions but they said i should ask a couple of more q. They want to know if i have a bond, i told her that that is personal and has nothing to do with vodacom. I asked her to put me thru to the manager and she said she cant before i answerd the q. I refused and they dropped the call. It happen 4 times. I want my contract cancelled now.
