Poor service

On the 27 May 2020 I bought a Lenovo Laptop on contract from Vodacom Tokai Blue Route Mall.

The terms were clearly explained to me by Mr Ischlor Van Heerden and I fully understood them as I was listening.

The receipt clearly indicated that if the Laptop gives an out-of-box failure within 7 days, I must return to store. That was explained by Mr Van Heerden as well.

On the 29 May 2020, the Laptop did not want to reboot and it gave me an error with a blue screen.

On the 30th May 2020 I returned the Laptop to the Vodacom store in Blue Route Mall and to my surprise the same Mr Van Heerden informed me that they are not responsible for the failure. I must call Lenovo.

This to me sounds so unprofessional because it is clearly stipulated that for any failure within 7 days I must return to store.

After a good hustle they managed to take my Laptop, but they stated that I must wait for it to be fixed.

My work can not wait for Vodacom because I also need to earn a salary at the end of the day.

I do not want the same Laptop, because it has a system problem.

Vodacom is to provide me with the same new Laptop or I am going to cancel my contract with Vodacom.

I'm still sitting without a laptop even though I have escalated the matter.

What makes me sick is that they'll be very quick to deduct money from my account... And as for Mr Van Heerden, he must stop acting like a hypocrite to customers.
