Poor service
On the 26th July 2017 my wife got a call from a Vodacom sales agent offering her a new data contract as they see she purchases extra data every month. They took all her details and delivery details. We are now coming to November and no delivery has been made and no phone call ever since. Is this the pathetic service we have to get used too. She has been on contract from 2015. I feel like telling her to cancel her contract as the service is really pathetic.
