poor service

I used to have an account with Vodacom 5 years ago and we had some issue when I was unable to pay my account on time and we end up making an agreement of settling the outstanding account ,I end up paying all the money and account was closed they stop calling me , now the problem is every time when am tying to make a loan or buying a house Vodacom account still showing not closed with ITC . when I call Vodacom my number is given to someone on a contract so they said they wont closed it without his concern and I don't know him
