Poor service

I placed an order for 2 iphones on the 22nd of December, one parcel was received on the 29th and the other is still outstanding to date. All that the personnel at the store can tell me is that they dont know when the remaining phone will arrive, its been 11 working days and still no delivery. The competency of the personnel is really questionable as they dont even know when their stock will arrive and they can not assist us in obtaining our phones any sooner. We are currently at the point of moving the remaining contract to a service provider which can actually provide phones as advertised.
