POOR SERVICE
I APP**** FOR AN UPGRADE, PHONE WAS OUT ON DELIVERY 16/05/22 DRIVER COULD NOT GIVE ME THE PHONE AS I DID NOT HAVE MY GREEN ID WITH ME. HE NEVER RETURNED... I CALLED VODACOM SEVERAL TIMES AFTER THAT ON WHICH THEY TOLD ME THE COURIER COMPANY THAT DELIVERES THE PHONES WAS HIJACKED... TODAY IS 09/06/22 THREE WEEKS LATER, NOBODY OF VODACOM HAS COME BACK TO ME YET!!!!!
