Poor Service

Hello Peter<br> <br> I took a contract phone with Vodacom shop Protea glen and lost the cellphone. I went to report the matter to the store and was advised to block the phone and get an affidavit from the police station of which I did and took the docs to the shop only to find out that the phone was not Insured. when I took the contract I signed the papers for insurance with the consultant (Kenny) but it was never submitted to cellsure. The consultant made empty promises that the matter was escalated to his manager but no feedback. kept on going back to the store for feedback but no luck, the consultant kept telling me that the matter has not been resolved and he will contact me. it has been 4 months down the line and no feedback nor resolution to my issue. <br> <br> I am very disappointed with the level of service received from vodashop protea glen.
