POOR service

I did an online upgrade for a new Vodacom contract and received my handset within 2 working days on Thursday the 10th Dec . On opening the box and inserting my sim card i realized that the handset had a faulty speaker. On the following Mon the 14th of Dec I then headed to my local Vodacom store in Eastgate who told me that OBF handsets need to be exchanged by Vodacom direct and then sent me to the Vodacom Client services store in Eastgate who then told me i need to go to Vodaworld to exchange my faulty handset.

I then headed to Vodaworld where i was then told that i need to speak to the online upgrades department in order to arrange collection of my OBF handset which i did. Who is going to reimburse me for my time and effort considering this was done online??? Up to now which is the 21st Dec i am still waiting for collection of my OBF handset. When i email Likeminds i get told that everything is arranged. This Thurs will be 2 weeks since receiving my handset and still no joy. I am at the point where i want to cancel my contract with Vodacom who i have been a long serving customer.
