Poor service

I am very sick and annoyed with the service received from Vodacom, it is not the best network as it claims

I asked them to come collect their product that I am not happy about, it was the 20th of June and it's almost a month no one has come to fetch their device and now they blocked my number because I keep calling to follow up

I will never in a million years recommend vodacom and I thought I was going to upgrade as I have a line with them but no I am done
