Poor service

My two week old Sony Aqua microphone stopped working. Handed in for repairs. After two weeks received it back. After one hour same old story. I by then already bought a new pouch and screen cover. Ivy at repair shop ripped new screen cover off and stick it on plain plastic...now I can just as well throw it away. They refuse to help put back on my vodamail acc and Whats app. Said they will only put contacts back. What a lot of BS. Now I must pay them R150 to fix it but new phone under gaurentee . That is absolute bull **** with poor service. It is not the first time that my Family received this type of service and we are having our accounts at Vodacom for 20 years. No people this is not the way to treat customers!!!
