poor service

A few months ago after upgrading contracts my girlfriend and i were promised free cell phone covers to go with the package but after going back to thr store a few times we never reiceved them. So two weeks ago my girlfriend posted a complaint on hellopeter and then we seemed to get results.<br> The day i went to collect the covers i only reiceved one and was not told when i get the other cover. I feel this is time wasted running around after a big firm like them and i should have some communication from them.
