Poor service

I am not happy at all with the poor internet coverage here in Utrecht. I must pay the same amount for my cell phone contract as any one would do who enjoys the access to 3G. I would like to cancell my contract as a loyal vodacom client as i would like to go to another service provider who offer better services in our area.
