Poor Service👎🏻

I made an application for a fibre installation via Vodacom,the installation has been done and I’ve been waiting for Vodacom to deliver the rooter for more than 3 weeks now and every time I call I’m told that the matter is being escalated. I also went to the branch for assistance and they couldn’t help me.

The cost I incurred for calling Vodacom everyday🥲🥲yet I’m still sitting here without a rooter.
