poor service

I took my phone in for repairs as my earphone jack wasn't working, when I got it back, it still wasn't working and when I called the repair centre in tygervalley, I was told that their earphones worked and that if my earphones(which were the earphones I recieved with the phone) weren't working, I should book the phone in again.<br> So that's what I did. Only this time I'm told that I have to pay in R450 to fix my phone, because it is out of warranty( my contract is less than 6 months old)<br> My problem with this is why wasn't the problem picked up the first time my phone was sent in. Why now? When there is a crack on the back of my phone which happened after the phone was booked in the first time, do they suddenly find the \fault"that they didn't find before.<br> When I contacted the Vodacom shop in N1 city branch to query it"
