poor service

Went to vodacom maponya mall to do premature contract cancellation. There are no name tacks so I don't know the person BT I asked to be assisted with cancelling my contract fro the onset he seemed to willing. He called the customer care and they asked him for an email address to email the qoute he told me to wait I did then after few minutes he asked me to wait for 30 mins which I did after that 30 mins he said there are no documents. I asked were should I get them if not from vodacom he asked me to wait again after questioning him he said I must come back tomorrow or go to jabulani mall because he can't assist me. Out of anger and frustration I called the call center and they email the documents which I easily printed next door to their shop with no hassle. The guy was not helpful wasted my time and didn't bother to try and assist me I went back to the shop twice for simple documents and there was not even an apology from his side for wasting my time
