Poor service

How come Vodacom sales cannot say if I will get a keyboard with the TAB S6 I am ordering? The booklet from Vodacom says a keyboard is free. The person that called to confirm my order cannot say neither Vodacom online dept. The person confirming my order ask me to call online dept to find out this info. The guy from online dept rather put the phone on hold because he also could not say and was to lazy to find out. Just thought I would get a better level of service from VOdacom.
