Poor service
I recently bought data on the Vodapay app for a SIM card for use with a mi-fi router only to subsequently find out that the card has been cancelled/suspended due to it not being used for a period of more than 3 months. I had to purchase a new card and data with the pervious data not being used at all due to the reasons mentioned. My question is.How can Vodacom still take monies for a SIM card which is no longer valid? This is not totally *********, but also robbing people of their money. I certainly look forward to hearing what their explanation for this would be.
