Poor Serverice
I logged a query in Jan for Data that seems to vanish. After a similar situation in October 2014. I then called again today to ask about the Jan query and nothing was logged. I then made the same query today 20/02/2015 because it has happened again. After a 40 minute phone call I was not satisfied with the outcome. PLEASE TURN THIS FROWN UPSIDE DOWN<br> .
