Poor sales service from Vocacom

<p>I was contacted by a company on behalf of Vodacom offering me a uique data sales package. I accepted & delivery was supposed to take place in 3 to 5 working days time. I have had a series of telephonic discussions with the sales gentleman on behalf of Vodacom (Mono Mobile) named Wesley. When nothing happened after 2 weeks I decided to visit a Vodacom store only to find out that my application was declined. My financial limit is far under the limit and I was told that my application went through. My daughter also app**** for the same plan & the same gentleman told her that her application went through. I have spent a lot of money in telephone costs trying to get through but to no avail. My portfolio number is PO600 & my tarrif line is R1753.51. My current mobile account with Vodacom has seldom exceeded R600 per month. The lady at Vodashop who handled my enquiry advised me to take this up with Vodacom as this is extremely unusal practise for vodacom, especially since I was contacted by them! I have referred several other people which were contacted & has never heard anything further of their order. I really feel upset & I feel that I have been greatly wronged as I have been a vodacom customer for close 20 years. As this deal is expiring on Friday & I was told that I cannot apply for any vodacom contracts for 60 days! So once again I will lose out on this data plan due to a sales person's incompetence.</p>
