Poor sales representative
I am very disappointed in the service I recently received at vodacom. I have been a post paid customer for the past six years. I recently upgraded on via their upgrade call center, i took a huawei p30 pro because I thought it was a dual sim but to my surprise i only found out after receiving the phone that it thus not support dual sim function. No the call center agent never mentioned this to me
