Poor response, breach of agreement
On 8/04/2015 I phoned cancellations to give notice for my contract that expires on 19/05/2015. The consultant who helped was efficient, made me a good offer to stay with Vodacom but I still decided to change my contract to a pay as you go in lieu of a better minute billing fee offered elsewhere. He then said my contract will switch to a pay-as-you-go on 1/05/2015. I confirmed this THREE times.

I then received a sms from Vodacom the following day to say I will only be switched on the 31/05/2015. I have now contacted the cancellations department as well as customer care MULTIPLE times -the team leader at cancellation department says the initial consultant had no idea what he is doing so they will not switch my contract before 31/05/2015. The various consultants and team leaders at customer care have promised to call up the recording and follow -up with cancellations -NOTHING had happened. Nobody has ever phoned me back despite 'promises', right now there is still NOTHING logged on my number in regards to a service query (i just phoned customer care AGAIN)

All I ask of Vodacom is:
1. Switch my contract to a pay-as-you-go on the 1/05/2015 as agreed.
2. STOP making empty promises
