Poor repair turn around time

My I-phone was handed in on the 1st of March 2016 for the 2nd time to be repaired as the same problem persisted after the first repairs. <br> The turn around time that Vodacom gives on repairs is 7 - 14 working days. From the 11th of March 2016 (turn around time day 9) the status has been that a quotation needs to be issued. Today on turn around time day 15, status remains the same and the promised turn around time has now lapsed. <br> After multiple attempts by the service branch, Vodacom Repairs Vanderbiljpark, and the call centre to escalate the quotation process, no quotation has been received as yet. After the quotation period the phone still has to be repaired. Does this mean that the turnaround time 14 working days or 14 weeks.<br> <br> In today's day and age one can't be without a mobile phone. This is unacceptable.<br>
