Poor repair service and Vodacom Fourways

My phone was damaged on site and I handed my phone in for repairs at Cradlestore Vodacom 4U, 3 month later after many follow-up the phone came back. I paid R150 for Cradlestone Vodacom 4U R150 to send the phone to Vodacom Fourways Repair centre and paid R600 excess under insurance with Cellsure . The phone came back after 3 months in a non-working order. When I switch it on it did not switch on and it just kept on vibrating but no start-up screen. I returned the phone to Vodacom Fourways Repair Centre and they told me than they do not have to test the phone. If I need them to work on the phone again I have to pay another R250. This is a discrace!! Vodacom has lost their personal relationship and the service and customer service is very poor!!! I will move my 5 contract away from Vodacom and support a cell service that appreciate and value me as a customer.

When I spoke to the assistant store manager on the 12th of October, having an argument why I should pay another R250 and why Vodacom do not have to test the phone the assistant store manager put the phone down in my ear. It is apparently not Vodacom's responsibility to test the phone after the repair..... How can you do a quality check en guarantee you work on a phone if you did not check if it's in a working order? Vodacom was suppose to inform me that they can/will not test the phone and ask me to agree to this before the repair and before I paid all this money for a broken phone.
