Poor repair service

I went to a vodacom store as I had technical problems with my phone, they said that they would send it in for repairs as the phone is still under guarantee, more than a week my phone was ready for collection, I went in to fetch my phone just to find out that the phone still had the same issue, I was informed that it would have to be send back again. Useless and poor service from Vodacom.
