Poor quality Services
I got a contract iPhone 12 Pro Max with an Intouch adapter head, within a month the adapter head stopped working, when I took it back I was told they can’t exchange it because I had done physical damage (writing my name) on the charger WITHIN ONE MONTH at Vodacom Wonderpark… I told them I have bank statements that reflect when I got everything because I moved flats… but no.. so I have a new phone with no charger
