Poor products and bad attitude from staff

I am highly disappointed in Vodacom's products, I bought an iPhone charger on the 17th of February 2017 and it had a six months guarantee. 5 months later the charger started to tear but I could still charge, about 6 weeks ago it stopped working and I didn't have the time to go to Vodacom. yesterday I finally went to Vodacom and the cashier with a bad attitude told me that my warranty has expired, I think this is the 7th month as my charger had a 6 month guarantee. What puzzles me is that Vodacom's products have a life span of less than 8 months, there is no difference between the charger that Vodacom sells and the charger that the guys at robots sell, the lifespan is the same. what's even worse was when the cashier gave me attitude when she told me that the Vodacom cant assist me as the warranty has passed. When you sell products, please make sure that it is as good as the price you charge, don't charge too much for poor quality products which are not different from the products sold at the robots. My colleague bought a iPhone charger for R50 from takealot.com about 2 years ago and it's still working. your products are poor and the service is worse.
