Poor products

Hi I purchase a contract cellphone from vodacom its a sony aqua M4. Within the first 2 months the phone is giving me endless problems I have spoken to vodocom customer care to cancell this contract becuase the one is not even 3 months old and its sitting with vodacom repair center for 2 weeks now as a customer of vodacom for the last 10 years I am very dissappted with their service and quality of their. Products now please people don't waste your time buying a sony aqua M4 cause its a waste of time and money and vodocom just don't care what they sell you and they don't want to take responsibilitie of their products. We are not accepting that sony phone back I want a new phone and not a sony you can't buy a 6000 cellphone and have problems in the first month.
